How to Order

To order online:
All Calbiochem, Novabiochem and Novagen products can be purchased online, often for next day delivery. To order products online:

1. Create your web account - click "Login/Register" in the top right of the site header. Fill in all the required fields and click send / save information. Once you have completed this process you will not need to re-enter these details when placing orders.
2. There are a number of ways in which products can be added to your shopping cart for purchase:
   1. i) Quick Order - Select the “Quick Order” at the top right of the page, type one or more catalogue numbers (including sizes) into the boxes, fill in the “Quantity” field and click "Add to shopping cart".
   2. ii) From the product detail page: search for a product. When you are on the product detail page enter the quantity required against the relevant pack size displayed in the price and availability box, click " Add to shopping cart " button. You can now “Continue Shopping” to add more items. Once you are ready to place your order click “Check price and availability” and then “Proceed to order” .If you are not logged in, the system will prompt you for your login details.
   3. iii) From My Favorites List - When you are logged in the My Account icon displays in the top right of the header. Clicking this icon displays various options available to your account; clicking my favorites (Star Icon) will take you to your favorite page. Your favourites list acts as quick links to product pages you have added, clicking a product link will direct you to the product page where you can add the product to your shopping cart. To add products to Your Favorite List, navigate to the product page you desire. Then select the "Add to Favorites" button located below the product brand (e.g. Novagen) at the top of the product page
3. Once you have added items to your shopping cart for purchase the display will change to allow you to purchase (check out) or modify your order. If you wish to buy further products then you can click “Continue Shopping”. If you are happy with your order and wish to continue purchasing online click “Check Price and Availability” and then select "Proceed to Order" (if you have not yet logged in the system will prompt you for your login details). You then need to complete 3 steps for the order to be processed.
   1. i) Step One, Order: Revise your purchase details, check size, quantities and prices of all products you are ordering. When you are happy with your order click “Proceed” otherwise click “Back”.
   2. ii) Step Two, Billing & Shipping: Choose your shipping address. Then select your payment method and fill out the various form fields as required. Finally select your billing address. Once you have completed this and are ready to continue click “Proceed”.
   3. iii) Step Three, Order Summary: All details regarding your order are now displayed for you to review. Enter a promotion code (if you have one) and any comments regarding this particular order. You can also add or edit email recipients that will receive a copy of the order. Once you are satisfied with your order summary please read our terms and conditions and check the box to agree to them and then click “Place Order”.
4. After submitting your order you will be sent an Order Confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email please contact us for assistance. Your order will be processed immediately and items that are in stock will be shipped. We will contact you if any items on your order are likely to take more than 5 days to come into stock. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you detailing both the order summary as well as your shipping charges, any applicable ice charges and/or sales tax. Once the items are despatched you will be sent an invoice. If you paid by credit card, the payment will be taken once the goods have been despatched, you will also be sent an invoice for your records.
